Leave & Time-off Benefits
We believe that well-rested and supported employees perform at their best. Our leave framework is thoughtfully designed to promote balance and personal well-being. It includes 14 days of annual earned leave, 10 casual leaves and 8 sick leaves. We also provide maternity, paternity, and 12 annual menstrual leaves, as well as separate special leaves for Hajj, marriage, and examinations. These provisions reflect our commitment to supporting our employees through important moments while ensuring the time and flexibility they deserve.
Transport & Site Accommodation (where applicable)
To support our teams working on site, we provide dependable transportation and well-maintained site facilities that ensure comfort, convenience, and a positive work environment. Dedicated pick and drop transport is arranged for employees commuting between Karachi and Hyderabad, while employees from interior Sindh and other cities across Pakistan are supported through zone-based travel allowances.
Our wind power plants are designed to provide a comfortable and engaging living environment for employees residing on-site. Facilities include well-maintained dormitory accommodation, cafeteria services, office blocks, gym and gaming areas, along with access to entertainment platforms such as Netflix and other recreational amenities. Employees are also provided an entertainment allowance to support occasional dine-outs and relaxation, helping them maintain a healthy and balanced routine while living at site.
